Delivery Terms for Yes Silver Website

At Yes Silver, we strive to ensure swift and reliable delivery services for our valued customers. Our delivery policy is designed to cater to various locations and ensure timely receipt of your orders.

 

Please find below the details of our delivery policy:

1. Within 50km Radius

  • Orders placed within a 50km radius from our warehouse location are eligible for same-day delivery or delivery by the next working day (Order Date + 1), depending on the time of order placement and availability of the product.

2. Within Maharashtra (Outside City Limits)

  • For orders outside city limits within Maharashtra, the delivery timeline is a minimum of 2 days and may extend up to 3 days. We strive to ensure your orders reach you promptly within this timeframe.

3. Outside Maharashtra (Within India)

  • Orders destined for locations outside the state of Maharashtra but within India will be delivered within a minimum of 3 days  and a maximum of 8 days.

  • We understand the importance of timely delivery and endeavor to dispatch your orders at the earliest to ensure they reach you within the stipulated timeframe.

4. International Orders

  • For orders outside of India, please contact our customer service team for specific delivery timelines and shipping charges.

5. Delivery Exceptions

  • Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural calamities, or logistical challenges beyond our control may impact delivery timelines. In such cases, we will keep you informed about any delays and work diligently to expedite the delivery process.

6. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges may vary based on the location and weight of the order. The applicable delivery charges will be displayed            during the checkout process.

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the status of your delivery. You can track your order in real-time through our website or the designated courier service's portal.

8. Customer Support
